Location: Bishop’s Stortford
This project involved the construction of a hip to gable rear dormer loft conversion, creating a spacious master bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom.
The homeowners wanted to maximise both the available space and the amount of natural light entering the new room. To achieve this, a large anthracite grey aluminium Juliet balcony with a glass balustrade was installed, creating an open feel and allowing daylight to flood the space.
Externally, the dormer was finished with grey composite cladding, providing a sleek, contemporary appearance that complements the existing property while offering a durable, low-maintenance finish.
