Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
This project involved the construction of a rear dormer loft conversion in Stevenage, creating a spacious master bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom.
The existing loft space offered limited headroom and natural light. The homeowners wanted to create a bright and practical master suite while making the most of the available roof space.
To achieve this, a rear dormer was constructed to increase the usable floor area and improve the overall layout. Two Velux roof windows were installed within the new bedroom, allowing natural light to flood the space. An additional Velux window was fitted above the staircase to brighten what had previously been a dark stairwell.
