Front and rear single extensions to a mid terrace house in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Customer wanted to create an open plan kitchen and dining area. Extension to the front was to make a larger living space to accommodate a growing family.

We also undertook a full ground floor refurbishment which included adding a downstairs shower room from a disused cupboard. A beautiful new oak staircase with glass balustrades, new laminate floor, doors, architraves, skirtings and full re-plaster.
