Up and Out Builds Ltd completed this combined side extension and loft conversion project in Barkway, significantly increasing the living space of what was previously a single-storey bungalow.
The side extension was constructed in brick with a pitched tiled roof. Large sliding patio doors were installed to the rear of the new extension, opening directly onto the garden and allowing generous natural light into the new space. Internally, the walls and ceiling were brought to a smooth plaster finish throughout.
The loft conversion added a further level to the property, with a rooflight installed to the main roof slope and a dormer window providing additional headroom and light to the loft space.
The completed project transformed the property into a substantially larger home across two storeys.
